Morgan Lewis Continues Leadership Role in Lending & Secured Finance Guide

NEW YORK, June 2, 2017: Morgan Lewis played a leading role in the recently released Lending & Secured Finance 2017, a guide published by Global Legal Group covering common issues in lending and secured finance laws and regulations across 41 jurisdictions and 22 general chapters.

For the third consecutive year, partner Thomas Mellor served as the contributing editor of this annual publication. Morgan Lewis teamed up with the Loan Syndications and Trading Association (LSTA), the Loan Market Association (LMA), and the Asia-Pacific Loan Market Association (APLMA) to publish the guide.

Mr. Mellor co-authored the overview chapter “An Introduction to Legal Risk and Structuring Cross-Border Lending Transactions” with associate Marcus Marsh, and the USA chapter with partner Rick Eisenbiegler. In addition, Ayman Khaleq and associate Amanjit Fagura co-authored the UAE chapter, and partner Grigory Marinichev and associate Alexey Chertov co-authored the Russia chapter.
