LONDON, February 12, 2019 – Morgan Lewis is advising Heritage Capital on its acquisition of a controlling interest in luxury travel company Abercrombie & Kent, Group of Companies S.A., and a strategic partnership with Geoffrey J.W. Kent, its founder, chairman, and CEO. Following the acquisition, Heritage Capital will own 85% of Abercrombie & Kent and Mr. Kent will own 15%.
