In an Above the Law article honoring advocates for women’s equality in the legal profession, Morgan Lewis partner and leader of the firm’s labor and employment practice Grace Speights is profiled for her efforts to do “all she can, both as a lawyer with her clients and in her work outside the firm, to ensure inclusive and respectful workplaces and to advance diversity in the law.” For this work, Grace was awarded the M. Ashley Dickerson Award by the National Association of Women Lawyers, which honors lawyers who have promoted and advanced diversity in the legal profession.
