DUBAI, February 27, 2020: Morgan Lewis advised TVM Capital Healthcare in the sale of its portfolio company, Wahat Al Aman Home Healthcare LLC in Abu Dhabi, to Aster DM Healthcare Ltd., routed through its subsidiary, Aster DM Healthcare FZC.
Wahat operates a home healthcare business in Abu Dhabi and Al Ain in the United Arab Emirates that provides nurse, therapist, and physician visits to patients within the Emirate of Abu Dhabi.
Morgan Lewis partner Chadi Salloum led the team advising the sellers of Wahat, assisted by partner Rebecca Kelly and associates Joanna Maria El Khoury and Nasma Al Sabe.
