Ex-CPSC Commissioner Joins Morgan Lewis In Philly, Law360

Dana Baiocco, former commissioner for the US Consumer Product Safety Commission (CSPC), was highlighted by Law360 for her move to the firm. A partner in the Philadelphia office, Dana focuses on litigation matters involving mass torts, consumer and industrial products, and medical devices and advises clients on compliance programs to meet regulatory standards and the reporting obligations for consumer products.
