Morgan Lewis is proud to present a three-part interview series with Eleanor Pelta, Morgan Lewis partner and President of The American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) for the 2011-2012 term. In this series, Ms. Pelta covers her thoughts on the most important trends in business immigration, immigration related issues before the United States Supreme Court, and finally, the driving goals during her term as President of AILA.

In Part 3, Ms. Pelta is half way through her one-year term as President of AILA, in a time when Immigration issues remain top of mind for the individual looking to secure particular immigration status, all the way to C-Suite executives driving global business strategy. Representing a membership base of 11,000 attorneys and legal professionals, Ms. Pelta discusses the core goals she is focused on as AILA's President this year.
