Morgan Lewis Partner Eleanor Pelta participated on a panel, Starting at No – What to do with a Denial, as part of the American Immigration Lawyers Association Rome District Chapter Fall Conference in London on November 20, 2013.
The panel addressed issues such as dealing with strategies for overcoming increasingly frequent denials of visa petitions by DHS, as well as denials at the visa issuance stage by the U.S. Department of State.
