Discovery

Our eData lawyers are, first and foremost, litigators who advise clients at every stage of the discovery lifecycle and through every type of controversy, litigation, or investigation. Our lawyers serve as national discovery counsel to some of the world’s largest organizations, and have successfully negotiated and litigated important discovery issues in some of the most complex cases in the United States.

We combine our legal advice with a large-scale captive discovery management operation that delivers the full spectrum of technical operations, forensic services and managed review. Our global team includes more than 150 lawyers (with capacity for 400+), data scientists, data analysts, technologists, process designers, and project managers working from our nine discovery management centers. Our discovery management operation has handled some of the largest and most complex litigations, investigations, antitrust, and diligence exercises of the last decade.
