Andrea Delgadillo Ostrovsky is an experienced trial lawyer who handles a wide variety of civil litigation, government investigations, and employment matters. Andrea’s practice includes representing clients in complex civil disputes, consumer protection litigation, and employment litigation. She also has extensive experience defending businesses and individuals in government enforcement matters, including matters involving the False Claims Act (FCA) and Anti-Kickback Statute (AKS), as well as environmental, securities, healthcare, and government contracting matters.
As a business leader and lawyer, Andrea has held a variety of dynamic roles throughout her career. Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, she was the CEO of a Seattle-based professional services company, guiding the business through a period of tremendous growth and evolution. Andrea also served as the company’s general counsel and COO.
Andrea was a founding partner of Seattle boutique litigation law firm Calfo Eakes & Ostrovsky.
Andrea makes significant community contributions through pro bono work, nonprofit director service, and other volunteer efforts. She currently serves on the board of Forterra, an innovative regional land trust.
