Morgan Lewis Welcomes Private Client, Tax Partners in Miami and New York, The American Lawyer

Partners Daniel Hudson and Alexios Hadji spoke with The American Lawyer about their arrival to the firm’s private client and private fund tax practices. Daniel pointed to Morgan Lewis’s global reach as a key driver of his move, citing the cross-border scope of his client work.

“Their platform allows me to further service my clients, and especially in Western Europe,” Daniel said. “That’s one of the things that drew me to Morgan Lewis—the ability to truly deliver integrated tax advice.”

Alexios returns to Morgan Lewis from Dentons, where he’ll rejoin the firm’s global tax practice with a focus on institutional investor tax structuring.

“I’m just very excited to be coming back to Morgan Lewis,” Alexios said. “It’s a platform that feels like home to me.”
