Partner Zachary Johns will present on the panel Private Equity Healthcare Transactions at a Crossroads during the ABA 2024 Antitrust in Healthcare Conference. Taking place on Wednesday, June 5, from 8:00–9:00 am ET, Zak’s panel will examine FTC v. U.S. Anesthesia Partners, the recently filed case targeting “roll-up” transactions of various anesthesia practices that were consummated by an entity in which a private equity firm had a significant equity stake. Both the Federal Trade Commission’s allegations and the defendants’ viewpoints will be discussed.
