Bansri McCarthy combines more than a decade of legal experience with a passion for innovative solutions to counsel clients and colleagues facing discovery challenges amidst our rapidly changing and increasingly complex technological landscape. She is a skilled discovery attorney who specializes in creating case-specific discovery plans to maximize efficiency and reduce costs across a wide array of proceedings, including litigation in state and federal courts, government investigations, and regulatory proceedings. Her clients span energy, technology, insurance, pharmaceutical, and biotechnology sectors across the globe.

Bansri provides end-to-end discovery management, advising on all phases of discovery from legal holds and data retention to negotiating discovery requests and responses to document production and privilege logs. She manages the entire discovery process with an eye toward risk management, and has extensive experience overseeing large-scale projects involving multiple parties, complicated data issues and dense legal matters.

Bansri is a Legal Lean Sigma Yellow Belt, a member of Sedona WG1 and Women in eDiscovery, and an eData Deskbook contributor.
