Kevin T. Stonelake combines legal experience with technological know-how to help clients meet regulatory and legal requirements with cost-effective risk management, ediscovery, and document review. Working with clients and firm attorneys, Kevin’s practice involves partnering with in-house legal, IT, records management teams, and outside technology vendors, to provide start-to-finish litigation management. Formerly known as Legal Logistics, eData strategies include litigation holds and data preservation, negotiations with opposing counsel, discovery motion practice, depositions, and trial support.
