Liying Sun, Ph.D., counsels clients on a variety of intellectual property (IP) issues including foreign and US patent prosecution, patent strategy, and IP portfolio management. Liying has patent experience in diverse industries, including computer software, information technology, internet technology, telecommunications, mechanical engineering, semiconductor manufacturing, electronic devices, and electrical engineering industries. Liying has a Ph.D. is in physics and a B.A. in physics and computer science. She is fluent in Chinese and English.
