Peter also provides advice on an ongoing basis to public companies, private equity and venture capital clients, start-up companies, and management teams on tax, legal and regulatory compliance considerations related to compensation and benefits. His practice includes designing, negotiating, and drafting employment, severance, incentive, retention, change-in-control, deferred compensation, and equity plans and agreements.
