Pamela C. Tsang is an associate in Morgan Lewis's Energy Practice. Ms. Tsang's practice focuses on Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) and Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) matters, including investigations and audits, regulatory compliance, and litigation. She represents electric, natural gas, and other participants in energy regulatory matters.
Ms. Tsang represents clients in proceedings before FERC's Office of Enforcement, including public and non-public investigations, regulatory audits, and self-reporting. She is involved in pursuing internal investigations and managing FERC and CFTC investigations of physical and financial energy commodity trading. Ms. Tsang also advises clients in LNG development projects before the Department of Energy.
Ms. Tsang received her J.D. from American University, Washington College of Law in 2011, where she served as a note and comment editor for the American University Law Review. She received her B.A. in economics and music from the University of Virginia in 2008.
Ms. Tsang is admitted to practice in the District of Columbia and Virginia.
