Pamela C.Tsang advises clients in the electric power, natural gas, and liquefied natural gas (LNG) industries on compliance with the regulatory requirements of the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC), Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC), and Department of Energy (DOE). Pam represents clients in FERC and CFTC investigations of physical and financial energy commodity trading, FERC audits, and litigation.
Pam participates in litigation on the rates, terms and conditions of service of US interstate natural gas pipelines under the Natural Gas Act and of regulated common carrier transportation of oil and natural gas liquids under the Interstate Commerce Act. She also advises clients developing LNG projects before FERC and DOE.
