Sae Rho Mee (Romy) Kim focuses her practice on domestic and international business transactions. She counsels institutional investors in connection with investments in a variety of private funds, including private equity, venture capital, credit funds, infrastructure, and real estate funds, as well as secondary market transactions and co-investments. Romy also advises fund sponsors on a variety of general corporate law matters and business transactions, including equity investments, formation of domestic and offshore private investment funds, as well as ongoing operations and other legal and transactional matters.
