Saghi "Sage" Fattahian is an associate in Morgan Lewis’s Employee Benefits and Executive Compensation Practice. Ms. Fattahian focuses her practice exclusively on health and welfare plans. She provides advice regarding compliance with applicable requirements under the Internal Revenue Code, ERISA, Affordable Care Act, COBRA, and HIPAA. She assists clients in preparing and reviewing plan documents and related materials as well as reviewing and negotiating services agreements with third parties. 

Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Ms. Fattahian was an associate in the employee benefits practice of an East Coast law firm. 

Ms. Fattahian earned her LL.M. in employee benefits from the John Marshall Law School in 2004. She earned her J.D. from the John Marshall Law School in 2002 and her B.A. from the University of Illinois at Chicago in 1998.
