Leigha Beckman defends clients in antitrust litigation, commercial litigation, and regulatory matters. She handles multidistrict litigation and class actions involving monopolization, price-fixing, exclusive dealing, and tying claims across industries, including digital technology platforms, online advertising, medical devices, and healthcare services. Her antitrust work spans case initiation, discovery, class certification, trial, and post-trial remedies. Leigha has a particular focus on managing economist experts and also handles global regulatory investigations and inquiries and counsels clients on antitrust and competitive risks.

Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Leigha served as an extern to Judge Jon S. Tigar of the US District Court for the Northern District of California and as a law clerk for the Federal Trade Commission’s Western Region San Francisco. Leigha also worked in dispute advisory services for financial, accounting, and intellectual property (IP) experts, serving as the engagement lead for client firms and managing all testifying expert work product produced in federal litigation, including expert reports and supporting analyses, with a focus on IP matters.
