| We are honored to welcome Gary Born, Chair of the International Arbitration Practice Group at Wilmer Cutler Pickering Hale and Dorr LLP, for the keynote address of the 2021 Frankfurt Investment Moot Court. |
| His virtual keynote address, “The Challenges of Challenges,” will focus on the role of challenges in international arbitration. Among other things, the address will discuss the recent challenge decision in Landesbank Baden-Württemberg et al. v. Kingdom of Spain (ICSID Case No. ARB/15/45) and the important role that the Frankfurt Investment Moot Court played in it. |
