Alexandre Omaggio’s practice focuses on M&A, private equity, and venture capital transactions. He represents private and public companies, private equity funds, and their portfolio companies in a broad range of corporate strategic transactions including acquisitions, tender offers, divestitures, joint ventures, and minority investments. He also advises emerging companies and their managers in transactions ranging from seed to late-stage financing, corporate structuring, and incentive mechanisms. Alexandre speaks French and English.
