Brooke Bruno
Brooke Bruno represents clients in global outsourcing transactions, commercial contracts, and technology-related matters. Brooke drafts and negotiates strategic commercial and technology agreements, including software (cloud and on-premises) and intellectual property licensing, cloud and professional services, manufacturing and supply chain, development, sale, and procurement agreements for clients across technology, healthcare and digital health, finance and fintech, retail, cosmetics, energy, and distribution industries. Additionally, Brooke has experience negotiating complex commercial transactions involving innovative technologies and evolving ecosystems, artificial intelligence, joint marketing, and strategic collaboration agreements.
She has previously worked at a regional Delaware law firm, Bryn Mawr Trust Company, and Morgan Stanley, gaining experience with corporate law and finance in both the transactional and litigation fields, as well as with bankruptcy and corporate restructuring.
During law school, Brooke served as an associate editor of the Villanova Law Review and was a member of the Corporate Law Society and Sports Law Society. Brooke has degrees in finance and accounting, and graduated magna cum laude from Villanova’s School of Business in 2019. Brooke was also a student-athlete on Villanova’s varsity swim team, earning a championship title and All-Big East status.
