Christina leads Morgan Lewis's global private client practice and is a leader of the firm’s family office strategic initiative. With a career spanning over three decades at our firm, Christina has earned a reputation as a trusted authority in estate planning, wealth management, and private client tax strategy.
Beyond her work benefiting private clients and family offices, Christina collaborates across our private equity, investment management, tax and tax-exempt, and executive compensation practices to provide pivotal advice for business owners preparing for liquidity events, and structures transfer tax strategies to facilitate swift and efficient wealth transfer. She also works in lockstep with individual and corporate fiduciaries on trust and estate administration, navigating them through best practices and complex fiduciary income tax issues.
Christina is active in the Philadelphia community. She serves on the boards of the Philadelphia Foundation, the University of Pennsylvania’s Morris Arboretum, and The Grundy Foundation. She also gives back to the industry’s next generation of leaders by teaching Trusts and Estates law as an adjunct lecturer at the University of Pennsylvania Law School, where she also regularly lectures at the university’s Wharton School of Business.
