Judith Becker

Judith Becker advises international and national companies on a range of individual and collective employment law matters. Judith counsels clients in day-to-day employment matters including separations, cross-border employments, drafting of employment contracts and other employment-related documents, works council matters, and reorganization matters, and represents them in and out of court. She also advises on all employment law aspects in transactions.
Judith supports clients in a variety of industries, including ecommerce, technology, and life sciences. Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Judith worked as employment law counsel for a German and an international law firm. She speaks German and English.
