Kit W. Roth
Kit Roth represents clients in a wide range of litigation matters, including intellectual property, technology, securities, and commercial disputes. His experience includes shareholder and consumer class actions, derivative and fiduciary breach actions, and corporate governance litigation, among others. Kit also advises and defends companies, directors, and officers in investigations and enforcement proceedings before the US Securities and Exchange Commission and the US Department of Justice. A Washington state native, Kit has litigated in federal and state courts across the United States and draws on his deep connections to Seattle’s business community.
Before joining Morgan Lewis, Kit was a founding partner of a Chambers-ranked high-stakes commercial litigation boutique in Seattle.
