Maya Jackson focuses her practice on structured transactions and securitizations, advising clients involving a wide range of financial assets. Maya represents financial institutions, issuers, sponsors, underwriters, and other clients in a variety of financings, both public and private. Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Maya practiced at a leading Delaware law firm, where she gained experience in the use of Delaware statutory trusts in asset backed financings.
