Seth Hochman

Seth Hochman represents clients in a variety of industries through all stages of complex civil litigation. He advises clients on a range of topics, including class actions, contract disputes, and fraud-related claims. He also assists clients with sensitive internal and government investigations. Seth has represented clients in federal and state courts, personally appearing and advocating on their behalf in contested proceedings.
In law school, Seth was a judicial intern in the US District Court for the District of Columbia, a summer intern for the US Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of New York, and received the Georgetown Law Journal Meritorious Service Award for outstanding contributions to the journal.
