Stephanie L. Faraci

Stephanie counsels her clients in complex financing, acquisition, disposition, development, and leasing transactions involving sports stadiums and athletic facilities and office, data center, laboratory, retail, and multi-family assets.
Across industries, Stephanie has experience in negotiating loan documentation, purchase and sale contracts, lease agreements, development agreements, easement agreements and construction contracts, and broker listing agreements.
Stephanie maintains an active pro bono practice and has represented clients in special education, immigration, social security disability benefits, child custody, and general corporate governance matters. In 2019, she received a Morgan Lewis Pro Bono Award for her work to obtain a settlement of claims in the client’s favor in a special education case involving a protracted administrative trial against the opposing school district.

- Represented Manus Bio Inc., a leading biomanufacturer of natural products, in connection with leasing a state-of-the-art laboratory space as its Waltham, Massachusetts headquarters
- Represents JPMorgan Chase and other banks as lead arrangers in the structuring and closing of various secured and unsecured syndicated and bilateral credit facilities
- Represents CBRE Investment Management as lead real estate counsel on acquisitions, financings, and dispositions of multifamily apartment complexes across the United States
- Advised a multinational luxury goods conglomerate in its acquisition of winery and vineyard properties in Northern California
- Advised Maury Microwave, a portfolio company of Artemis Capital Partners, in its acquisition of Wireless Telecom Group Inc., a global designer and manufacturer of advanced RF and microwave components, modules, systems, and instruments serving the wireless, telecommunication, satellite, military, aerospace, and semiconductor industries
