Timothy J. Corbett
With more than 20 years of international experience, Tim Corbett advises clients on complex cross-border corporate transactions, including public and private equity and debt offerings, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), joint ventures (JVs), and venture capital financings, including representations of both companies and investors. Tim also assists public and private clients with day-to-day corporate matters, including governance, securities law compliance, and disclosure requirements and practices.
Tim has experience with transactions across the United States and Europe, including in particular in the United Kingdom, Russia’s Commonwealth of Independent States (the CIS), Germany, Switzerland, Greece, and the Netherlands. His clients, located throughout the world, include life sciences, technology, financial services, and media enterprises.
Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Tim was a partner in the corporate practice of another international law firm in London and Boston. He previously served as a policy analyst for the US Department of Health and Human Services.
