William T. - Representing a real estate brokerage franchisor in multiple antitrust lawsuits relating to trade association rules
- Defending a pharmaceutical manufacturer against allegations of Anti-Kickback Statute, False Claims Act, and RICO violations
- Represented a chemical manufacturer against allegations of price fixing in a four-week federal trial
- Obtained dismissal on the pleadings of False Claims Act qui tam litigation for a large government contractor
- Defended auto parts supplier against allegations of price fixing, market allocation, and bid rigging
- Argued a pre-trial motion in limine on behalf of a dairy manufacturer in a federal antitrust case
- Represented a pharmaceutical manufacturer in a successful appeal before the Pennsylvania Supreme Court regarding alleged unfair competition for AWP pricing
- Led document collection and witness interviews in multiple internal investigations concerning various topics including the use of “no hire” and “no poach” agreements and alleged false claims
- Assessed antitrust litigation risks in connection with corporate transactions
- Obtained dismissal of predatory pricing counterclaims in connection with an intellectual property dispute
- Represented a prisoner in a three-day trial alleging constitutional violations against prison guards
- Represented same-sex couples challenging the validity of Pennsylvania’s marriage laws
