How to Ensure Workers Comply with Employer Mask Mandates, HR Magazine

Morgan Lewis partner Klair Fitzpatrick was quoted by HR Magazine in an article about mask policies in the workplace. The article explains that with data showing increasing efficacy rate of vaccines, some states are beginning to drop mask mandates and some employees are deciding to not wear masks in the workplace. “The fact that an employee has received a vaccine does not give him or her the right to stop following COVID-19 precautions, particularly in the workplace” Klair said.
