Morgan Lewis Advises National Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Products Inc. on Sale to AeriTek

PHILADELPHIA, April 15, 2026: Morgan Lewis advised National Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Products Inc. in the sale of its Continental Refrigerator and National Comfort Products (NCP) businesses to Aeritek Foodservice LLC.

Continental and NCP are two primary brands of National Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Products. Continental designs and manufactures commercial food service refrigeration solutions, and NCP designs and manufactures through-the-wall HVAC systems for multifamily residential applications.

Morgan Lewis partner Andrew Rocks and associate Lindsay Mozdziock advised National Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Products along with associates Matthew Oakley and Rachel Chang.
