The transaction was recognized as one of the year’s most impactful matters, underscoring its importance in the evolving life sciences and healthcare landscape.
Morgan Lewis represented Pfizer in its $10 billion acquisition of Metsera, a transaction that strengthens Pfizer’s position in the rapidly expanding obesity therapeutics sector. The firm’s team was led by New York antitrust partners Harry T. Robins and Susan Zhu and Washington, DC partners Ryan Kantor (the deputy practice leader), Clay Everett, and Josh Goodman.
The annual GCR Awards ceremony, which recognizes the most significant antitrust matters, lawyers, and firms from around the world, was held on Tuesday, March 30 in Washington, DC.
