Law.com recognized Morgan Lewis as the winner of The Legal Intelligencer’s Litigation Departments of the Year, Specialty Practice (Labor and Employment) award, an honor that highlights the strength of the firm’s labor and employment practice. As leader of the labor and employment practice for the Philadelphia and Pittsburgh offices, partner Klair Fitzpatrick participated in a Q&A discussing the team’s recent successes and approach to lawyer development.

Klair addressed the increasing complexity of employment litigation in Pennsylvania, including matters involving significant financial, reputational, and institutional considerations.
