Charlotte Warke

Charlotte Warke advises clients on complex commercial litigation, international arbitration, privacy, and regulatory issues. She has experience in matters before the English High Court and in arbitration disputes under the rules of the London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA). Charlotte also has experience in advising clients on complex internal investigations.

Charlotte completed her training contract at Morgan Lewis and gained experience across the firm’s litigation, corporate and business transactions, and finance practices.

  • Representing a client in the insurance industry in respect of investigations and claims arising from data misuse and privacy breaches involving ICO and FCA notifications, together with High Court litigation involving a £25m breach of warranty and fraud claim arising from a sale and purchase agreement
