Leonhard Seifert

Leonhard Seifert advises clients on all aspects of EU and German competition law. His practice particularly includes advising on EU and German merger control as well as on distribution systems and cartel investigations. Leo represents clients in proceedings before the European Commission and the German Federal Cartel Office. Leo graduated with an LL.M. in International Competition Law and Policy at the University of Glasgow.

    Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Leo served as a legal clerk at the Regional Court of Darmstadt and worked for several years as a research assistant in the banking and finance and litigation practices of leading international law firms in Frankfurt.
