Mari Wilson

Mari Wilson concentrates on representing investment companies, their independent trustees, investment advisers, and other service providers to investment companies, such as transfer agents and custodians. Her fund representation includes a wide spectrum of the industry such as money market funds, closed-end funds, ETFs and master-feeder funds. Mari has recently worked with a number of major US fund complexes on large projects involving restructurings, simplification of governing documents, reorganizations, redomicilings and the issuance by closed end funds of various types of preferred shares.
