Noah Beckert-McGirr represents and advises clients on antitrust and consumer protection matters, including complex litigation, government investigations, and mergers and acquisitions (M&A). He has experience advising clients on high-stakes antitrust matters and has represented clients before the US Department of Justice in connection with antitrust enforcement actions. Noah’s practice includes representing clients in all phases of antitrust disputes, from pre-litigation strategy through trial. He works with clients across a range of industries, providing strategic counsel on antitrust and consumer protection risks.
