AAA Education Services – Direct and Cross Examination in Labor Arbitration

This program is designed to teach participants the dos and don’ts for witness examination to present to an arbitrator. With the use of lectures, facilitated discussions, and practical exercises, the experienced faculty will discuss:

• Framing the questions
• Effective direct and cross-examination
• Techniques
• Objections and hearsay

Attendees will gain strategies and tips from the experts that will assist them in preparing witnesses for arbitration and examining them at the hearing.
