ETF Share Classes: Now What?

Following the US Securities and Exchange Commission’s recent issuance of an ETF share class exemptive order—and the expectation that 30 others will be issued later this month, with more to follow— join us as we discuss related next steps for key stakeholders in this significant development. We will examine how investment advisers, fund boards, turnkey trusts, and authorized participants/market makers can prepare for the introduction of ETF share classes.
