Join us for this M&A Academy session as partner Nancy Yamaguchi and of counsel Jason Capps provide a summary of significant issues and recent trends in mergers and acquisitions in the technology sector. They will also discuss structuring and diligence considerations, risk identification and mitigation, and deal planning approaches.
This year’s program will also feature guest speaker Greg Kerber, the vice president of corporate legal and M&A at eBay, who will offer a valuable in-house perspective from a leading Silicon Valley technology company that has been particularly active in recent acquisitions.
