Alice, a partner resident in Hong Kong, concentrates her practice on private investment funds, advising registered and unregistered investment advisers based in the United States and Asia-Pacific region on the formation, structure, and ongoing management of investments in global markets. She also represents institutional investors in negotiating operating and side letter agreements for investments in global private funds.
Joanne, a partner resident in Philadelphia, counsels public companies, emerging growth businesses, and corporate venture capital groups on corporate and securities matters. In her transactional practice, Joanne guides companies in their complex public and private equity and debt securities activities, venture capital initiatives, and mergers and acquisitions. She advises clients primarily in the energy, biotechnology, financial services, technology, medical device, and specialty pharmaceutical industries.
Ayesha, a partner resident in London, practices principally in the project finance, infrastructure, and natural resources practice. She represents developers and lenders in oil and gas, power generation, and infrastructure projects, and has experience in all aspects of structuring, negotiating, and drafting finance and commercial documents in connection with international project financings and privatizations. She counsels companies that are developing and deploying new energy resources, including renewable energy.
