The Sports Business Journal noted partner Larry Turner’s role as moderator of the How to Lead Transformational Change panel during the publication’s annual All In conference.
Larry, who co-leads Morgan Lewis’s workplace culture consulting and training practice, guided the panel through a discussion about the difference between transactional and transformational change and the role diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives at companies play in said change.
The panelists said for true transformational progress to occur, a workplace culture of support for people from underrepresented groups must exist.
