Partner Rob Schwartz was interviewed on CNN’s The Lead With Jake Tapper about insider trading concerns and the regulatory environment surrounding prediction markets.

Rob discussed the Commodity Futures Trading Commission’s concerns about election-related prediction markets, including their potential impact on election integrity and interaction with state election laws.

“They felt that there was a potential threat to election integrity. So, for example, somebody could take a large bet or take a large position on a market, make it look like a candidate had a better chance to win than they really do,” Rob said.
