Rising Star: Morgan Lewis’ Rahul K. Patel, Law360

Partner Rahul Patel spoke with Law360 for a Rising Stars profile highlighting his capital markets work, including complex public offerings and transactions involving novel regulatory, disclosure, and structural issues. Rahul also discussed the future of the industry, what motivates him, and why he is a capital markets lawyer. 

Rahul discussed his work with regard to the first Ukrainian company listed on a US exchange, as well as his approach to helping clients navigate matters without established precedents. “When you’re willing to question those conventions, and not treat market practice as immutable, I think that sort of challenge is motivating, and it’s very satisfying to get a client to the other side of that,” Rahul said.
