Beth Joseph is a seasoned litigator and counselor on Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) accessibility-related matters. She has defended companies across a variety of industries in single-plaintiff and class-action ADA Title II and Title III litigation across the United States, and she regularly counsels and conducts training related to federal and state public accommodation laws. She is an authority in all aspects of accessibility law, including electronic information technology such as websites, mobile applications and in-store technology, architectural barrier issues in physical facilities, effective communication and auxiliary aid and services issues, and service animals.
She also appears before administrative agencies, in addition to advising and assisting clients in responding to administrative complaints before the Department of Justice and state and local administrative agencies on Title II and Title III matters. Since 2012, Beth has co-authored and edited the Public Accommodations under the Americans with Disabilities Act: Compliance and Litigation Manual.
