Emily Byrne represents companies in employment actions. She has experience litigating employment matters such as whistleblower, discrimination, harassment, wage and hour, Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA), and restrictive covenant cases at both the trial and appellate levels. She also conducts internal investigations into whistleblower, discrimination and retaliation, and other potential workplace misconduct allegations. Additionally, Emily advises clients on labor and employment issues, including compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, and works with employers to establish policies that reduce the risk of litigation.
