Michael N. Baxter advises US and global clients in a wide variety of business law matters, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions (including investments, divestitures, carve-outs, joint ventures, spin-offs, and strategic alliances), finance and restructuring, and securities (including public and private equity and debt offerings). He also advises clients in financial services regulatory and insurance matters.
