CLE Courses

Leveraging Technology Assisted Review (TAR)

24 июля 2014 г.
12:30 - 01:30 Eastern Daylight Time

This course is designed to develop an individual attorney’s ability to deal with one of the most important developments in the history of legal technology and process—Technology Assisted Review (TAR). Attorneys can no longer hang their competency hats solely on keywords when searching for responsive documents during discovery. Technological problems require technological solutions, and attorneys must be aware of the tools available to address the large volume and diversity of electronic data that is increasingly involved in cases today.

TAR represents a sea change in how attorneys can approach document discovery. Our panel of experts will discuss TAR concepts, case law and best-practices through a series of fact patterns. Participants will also learn how to develop and implement TAR-based discovery protocols that streamline review, cut costs and help develop both technological competence and strategic prowess.
