Will your next great discovery concept sink, swim, or get eaten alive? Modeled on the “Shark Tank” television program, the Discovery Judge Tank will offer a slate of “pitches” on unusual strategies to deal with discovery concerns. After each “pitch,” the Judge/Shark panel will debate the proposed ESI discovery strategies, and weigh in as to whether they “buy” or “pass” on the pitch.  The panel may also negotiate with the pitch person or team with other Sharks to negotiate a “pass” to a “buy.”
